The Thames Landscape Strategy Hampton to Kew is working with The London Borough of Hounslow improve part of the Thames Path National trail along Brentford Creek as per the attached plans, maps and designs.
The works are scheduled to take place in the autumn and winter of 2010/11. The designs include towpath improvements with new paving surface and landscaping, new seating area, new handrails and new lighting carrying on the improvements made along the Thames Path at the flats at 1 and 2 Point Wharf Lane, Ferry Quays.
Funding for the improvements are being made through grants from TfL, Walk London and s106 agreements secured by the London Borough of Hounslow and the Thames Landscape Strategy.

A on site review of the proposed scheme will be given on Wednesday, 8th September at 5pm meeting outside the Heildeberg Graphic Equipment Office, 69-76 High Street, Brentford, TW8 0AA with some of the officers overseeing the proposed scheme. We would ask that all comments be returned by 5pm on Wednesday the 15th September 2010.
